Warranty Overview

At Becorny we stand behind every product we sell. Our warranty policy differentiates between Becorny‑branded products and products from other manufacturers.

Becorny Product Warranty

Becorny products are covered by our own warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (see each product page for specific duration). If a Becorny product fails under normal use, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Shipping costs for warranty claims on Becorny products are covered by us if the claim is approved. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a claim.

Third‑Party Brand Warranty

Products from other manufacturers are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms — including coverage, duration and claim procedures — are defined by that manufacturer. We can assist you in contacting the manufacturer if you encounter any issues.

Shipping costs for warranty claims on third‑party products will also be covered by Becorny, so you can return an item under warranty without incurring shipping fees.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage after delivery.

How to Request Warranty Support

If you experience an issue with any product:

• Provide your order number and full name.

• Include a description of the issue.

• Attach photos or videos if applicable.

Our team will review your request and assist you—either by coordinating with the manufacturer or by processing your claim directly for Becorny products.

Replacement & Resolution

Depending on the manufacturer and product availability, resolution may include replacement, parts supply or refund in accordance with the manufacturer's decision and our Return & Refund Policy.

Important Notice

Becorny does not provide additional extended warranties unless explicitly stated on the product page. All warranty decisions, including approval, replacement or repair, are made in accordance with the manufacturer's policies or, for Becorny products, our own warranty terms.
